introducing the fiorenza friends club! think of it as me, your trusty pen pal, sending you cute little goodies every month to make you smile. remember to include your apt # if you have one or else your goodies will get sent back to me!
each envelope will be sent during the first week of the month (if you just joined the club, please note your first envelope will go out the following month!) please allow a week for them to get to you. billing is on the 19th of each month. this is a subscription service, but you can cancel at any time by logging into your account! spots for the club open up on the 20th of each month at 1 PM CST. I highly suggest your sign up to get notified when it is in stock below for the best chance of getting a spot! if you sign up for the waitlist, you get notified 5 mins before everyone else!

Q: "why is there no tracking #?"
A: envelopes are sent out via stamp, so there is no tracking! this way i can keep the club as affordable as possible. please allow about a week for envelopes to arrive, this is snail mail afterall!
Q: "why do I get charged when joining, but don't get a goodie that month?"
A: the club opens up on the 20th of each month, because of this, there is not enough time for me to get the necessary inventory in time for that very month. instead, you get charged on the spot, this ensures your membership AND you will still receive your goodies the month you cancel to make up for this charge. for example, if you canceled in november, your last goodie will be december.
Q: "how can i get my spot?"
A: the club opens the 20th of each month at 1 pm cst. but i HIGHLY recommend you sign up to get notified when it is back in stock for the best chance at getting a spot!
Q: "what if i need to update my address?"
A: you can update your address and manage your subscription through your account on my website, or through the button below! you'll just want to update your address 30 days prior to moving to make sure it goes through with plenty of time. :)
