All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me at fiorenzaart@gmail.com and I will do my best resolve it.

Please note, I can not cancel print orders and some other products like (notebooks/journals, and most paper goods) once they are placed, they go into production ASAP. Please carefully place your orders!
